Action Coaching         
Designed to reduce the costs and hassle of introducing new members of staff once initial training is complete.  It enables you to efficiently cascade the model and ethos on through your organization.   It is also useful in helping you to present the model to other service providers and funders.
Aims of the Course
This course provides the skills to team leaders and managers who will be responsible for induction and supervision of new team members.  Assuming knowledge of the model it focuses more on training, supervision and presentation technique as well as assessment and training of new team members.
Client Groups
This course will appeal to anyone in a supervisory or training role who possesses knowledge and experience in working with Solution Focused Brief Therapy.  Those inducting and supervising new members of staff where SFBT is the primary model or maybe your position requires you to “sell” or present the model to other services or clients.

Course Methods

As with all Action Factory training we believe that people learn and absorb information and skills in a non-pressured fun environment.  Clients are free to participate or observe at whatever level they feel comfortable.  The day will involve a mixture of discussion, debate and practical involvement.
