Solution Focused Brief Training Consultants for for the North West

The Action Factory was created in 1999 by Michael Dawson to provide first class "Solution Focused "training in the social care sector.  SFBT as it is known has been a success since its inception in the 80's when Imsoo Kim Berg and Steve De Shazer first developed it. Since then we have trained professionals from all walks of life from police officers to health service workers, from salesman to social workers.   We always tailor training to your core group rather than offering a standard "Off the shelf" training programme. Since we have expertise in areas like NLP, Hypnosis and business sales its inevitable our clients will benefit from a broader therapeutic perspective.  Every training course we provide for you involves a pre-training session to discuss your individual requirements.  Our motto is “Enjoy the Journey” because we believe people learn better in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We welcome contact from clients old and new to talk about your requirements or answer any queries about our work.
